Lana Alicia’s Homemade Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
1 (2 ounce) can of oil-packed anchovy fillets (drained)
2 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
3 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of vegetable oil ( or sub the vegetable oil with olive oil that is what I do).
2 tablespoons of finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt & garlic powder
